"Marcus Grayling Builders recently completed a renovation and rebuild project on our Edwardian villa in Cambridge.
This was a complex project; a partial demolition, renovation of the older part of the building together with a new addition in the same style.

We have been in the villa for six months now and not a day goes past without interested parties stopping by and giving extremely positive comments about the project. There was tremendous interest all the way through on this highly visible site in what could be termed a 'heritage' street.
Marcus and his dedicated team exceeded our expectations with this build; it was completed within an acceptable time frame and on budget. No matter what challenges confronted the team all got sorted, without exception, in a highly professional and methodical manner.
